Delegate information
Terms and conditions for registration
These terms apply to the East Anglian Sinus, Orbit and Skull Base Surgery Course 2026. They are intended to make the registration, payment and course administration process clear for delegates, observers, faculty and sponsors.
Places are limited and subject to availability. After registration you will be shown payment instructions. To confirm your place, please submit payment by bank transfer using the bank details provided by the course team. Your place is only confirmed once payment has been received and recorded by the course team, unless payment has been explicitly waived.
01
Registration and eligibility
Places are limited and subject to review by the course team. The course is aimed at senior SpRs, consultants and other specialists wishing to improve their skills and knowledge in advanced sinonasal, orbital and skull-base surgery.
02
Fees and payment
The delegate fee is £1,100 for a full dissection place and £350 for an observer place. After registration, bank-transfer instructions are sent by email. EARETA does not collect card details through this website.
03
Confirmation of place
Submission of the registration form does not automatically confirm a place. Your place is only confirmed once payment has been received and recorded by the course team, unless payment has been explicitly waived. If a delegate category is full, the course team may offer a waiting-list place.
04
Cancellations and changes
Please contact the course team in writing if you need to cancel, change delegate type or transfer a place. Refunds or transfers are considered by the course team and may depend on timing, course capacity, payment costs and whether the place can be reallocated.
05
Programme, faculty and venue updates
The programme, room allocation, faculty list and practical-teaching arrangements may be refined before the course. Registered delegates will be sent joining instructions and any important updates.
06
CPD, attendance and certificates
CPD wording is currently shown as: 18 CPD points approved by ENT UK. Certificates of attendance are released after the course once the required attendance and feedback conditions have been met.
07
Laboratory and practical sessions
Full dissection delegates must follow local anatomy-laboratory rules, safety instructions and any PPE requirements. Practical places may be limited by laboratory capacity and faculty supervision requirements.
08
Dietary, access and learning support
Please provide dietary, access or learning support requirements during registration or contact the course team as early as possible. The team will make reasonable efforts to support delegates where practical information is received in time.
09
Sponsors and educational independence
The event may be supported by partners from medical device and pharmaceutical companies through equipment, sponsorship or exhibition stands. Sponsors do not control the educational agenda or course content.
10
Data and communications
Registration, enquiry and feedback information is used to administer the course, communicate with delegates, manage certificates and improve future courses. Please see the privacy policy for more detail.
