How EARETA handles course registration, enquiry and feedback information.

This policy explains how EARETA uses information submitted through this website for course registration, course communication, feedback and administration.

Information we collect

Registration forms may collect your name, contact details, job role, grade, organisation, delegate type, dietary requirements, access requirements, messages and consent preferences. Feedback forms may collect your course feedback, role and optional contact details.

How we use your information

We use your information to administer the course, process registrations, contact delegates, manage access or dietary requirements, issue joining instructions, support course quality improvement and respond to enquiries.

Payments

Payment details are included in registration emails. Payments should be made directly by bank transfer to the EARETA account. EARETA does not collect card details through this website.

Who receives the information

Course administration information is sent to the EARETA course team. Information may be shared with relevant faculty, venue or catering colleagues only where needed to deliver the course or support delegate requirements.

Retention

Registration and feedback information is retained for course administration, audit, certification and quality improvement, and should be reviewed periodically by the course administrators.

Your choices

You can ask the course team to update or correct your details. Marketing contact is optional and you can opt out of future course updates.
